Event Introduction
2021 China Shenyang Overseas Elite Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition is an official event organised by the Shenyang Science and Technology Association. Since it was held in 2015, it has been dedicated to selecting outstanding entrepreneurs, nurturing high-quality entrepreneurial projects, and providing strong support for the landing and commercialization of the projects by incorporating various activities such as the Overseas Intelligence Forum, Project Matching Meeting for High-Level Experts, Lecture Hall for Overseas High-Level Talents, and Final Roadshow.

50,000 RMB living allowance for innovative and entrepreneurial talents who meet the requirements
Funding of 500,000 - 30 million RMB for innovative and entrepreneurial projects that meet the assessment requirements
Shenyang High-tech Zone sets up 100 million RMB of dual-innovation support funds each year to give all-round support to innovative and entrepreneurial projects and teams

Who can apply?

The project has independent intellectual property rights and is close to industrialized scientific and technological innovation results. And the product, technology and related patents should belong to the participating team.

The initial team should be at least 3 members, and at least 1 of them should have overseas study and working experience.

The enterprise legal person has been established for no more than 24 months and the business revenue of the previous year is generally no more than RMB 5 million.
