European Science & Technology Innovation Centre

CENTI Team provided innovation hub management service to European Science & Technology Innovation Centre, a 70,000 sqft innovation hub located in central London. The project aims to become the first urban centre in Europe with the most significant single innovation centre.

CENTI Team achieved a 53% occupancy rate before the building operates and a 90% occupancy rate in the first year. It included more than 50 tech business. CENTI Team also hosted more than 150 events every year.

On April 2019, CENTI Team provided innovation hub management service to Europe Technology Innovation Centre · Wuxi Sub-Centre, which located in Wuxi Insigma International Technology Innovation Park, an 160,000 sqm innovation Center in central business area of Wuxi, China.
